Key requirements

• 5 years of experience in direct sales and business development of software products/IT services
• Existing network of Prospects for both direct sales and Partnerships is highly preferred
• Experience managing RFI and RFP processes would be good
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales expectations and building robust sales pipelines
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbally, and with PowerPoint
• Key interpersonal traits: motivation, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics & integrity, and a willingness to take calculated risks
